The iPhone app crashes on my iPhone 6, 7 and now still my x.
The best think is the mail integration (and the only reason I stuck with this app. It’s just not user friendly and some tasks that should be easy to set up and use- aren’t. I’ve also tried to use this for other work Projects such as class. I end up using list type apps that can manage a project (tasks, rosters, and things to do -before -during -and after ) along with this app and that’s sort of silly when you have this app cloud. I’ve provided this feedback for so many years and am told they may make changes but they don’t. I’ve tried to get recommendations from support (who are very nice) but it’s more work than it should be. Many things need to occur in some industries before the event, during and then afterwards and that is not easy with activity sets or pipelines. It seems reasonable to be able to set up lists of things to do for a project or event without having to manually change objectives or projects. I’m disappointed that some changes haven’t been made so it’s more useful to other industries. I’ve used various versions of this app for more than 10 years. Hovering on a small graphical timeline to the left of the timeline detail allows you to quickly jump to a specific date, while filters create a way to grab only certain pieces of information - like emails associated with a project - while getting the others out of the way. It’s designed for sales more than other things. My personal new favorite feature is the timeline, which provides a quickly scrolling list of project information and associated emails to give a history of what went on during a period of time. Clicking on a bar chart drills into summaries, and dragging across a timeline allows even further focus on project details. The new Insight View is described as a 'visual summary of your data' that 'helps you discover patterns and answer questions about your business.'īy displaying a number of graphs on one screen, it's easy to see patterns appear and then make comparisons. What does the new version provide? A lot of refinement to an already polished set of apps.
